What’s their schedule and how much does it cost? They are scheduled every day and cost $4.99 weekly and $129.75 yearly.

What class did you attend and with whom? I went to the Virtual GoFitness ZEN YOGA with my friend Corallie.

How did you feel before, during, and after? I felt great and very flexible. However, I did feel soreness when doing the exercises, but after I felt more flexible.

What did you learn, like and dislike? I didn’t dislike anything because I knew that this was going to help me get better with my flexibility. I learned that Yoga is not very easy and it takes time and patience to master the workout position.

Were you glad that you went and would you recommend it to a friend? Yes I am glad that I went. I usually go to the gym but this is my first time to attend the Yoga class in Econo. I would recommend to a friend because it challenges you and with a friend you can motivate yourself to get better.
